San Diego native Alex Zyman earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and J.D. at the University of San Diego School of Law. Alex was honored with the USD Law Grant and the State Bar of California Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Alex received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2011 and his Master of Laws (LL.M) in taxation in 2013 from the University of San Diego. Alex was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012. 

As an attorney, Alex has focused on advising clients in matters of real estate, business and corporate law. Prior to establishing Zyman Law, he worked at RSM US, LLP, the fifth largest public accounting firm in the U.S., on tax matters with real estate investment companies.

In 2013, Alex co-founded Performance Wealth Investments, a real estate private equity firm focusing on office, retail, and industrial properties. In 2020, Alex ventured into multifamily investment with the creation of AZ Investments Inc.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys golfing with his wife Stella and three children. The Zyman family are avid travelers and love to ski and snowboard in the winter in Park City, Utah.

Born and raised in San Diego, Peter earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Berkeley. He then worked in New York City prior to attending UCLA School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2011. At UCLA School of Law, Peter was a Senior Articles Editor of the Entertainment Law Review and volunteered his time for the Innocence Project. Peter was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2011.

Prior to joining Zyman Law, Peter was an attorney at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP and Gerson Law Firm, APC representing clients in a wide variety of real estate matters. Prior to practicing law, Peter wrote screenplays and television scripts in Los Angeles.

Peter is a San Diego Padres season ticket holder and enjoys attending games at Petco Park with his wife Molly. Peter has been playing fantasy football for over 20 years and has won several championships, including back-to-back-to-back first place finishes – a.k.a. the “Three-Pete”.
